At GYMREAPERS, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gym gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags and accessories are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the equipment, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
